Congress Leaders Attend ‘Gandhi Never Dies…’ Theatrical Presentation on Independence Day

New Delhi : On the occasion of Independence Day, Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge, Congress Parliamentary Party (CPP) Chairperson Sonia Gandhi, and Leader of Opposition in the Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi attended a theatrical presentation titled “Gandhi Never Dies…” at Indira Bhavan.

The programme was organised by the Congress Seva Dal as part of the Independence Day celebrations.

The Congress leaders highlighted the enduring relevance of Mahatma Gandhi’s ideals, stressing that Gandhi represents not merely an individual but an idea rooted in truth, non-violence and harmony.

The Congress said that ideas cannot be erased and asserted that Gandhi’s principles would continue to inspire people despite attempts to undermine them.

The party further stated that whenever Gandhi’s ideals come under attack, people committed to his principles would continue to stand up for truth, non-violence and communal harmony.

The theatrical presentation sought to underline the continuing relevance of Gandhi’s philosophy and his contribution to India’s freedom struggle and national life.
